360 Degree Property Evaluation

The 360-degree property evaluation process is a three dimensional examination of what the buyers need and want in a home. We go through a systematic process of compromise to determine what the buyers’ true needs are. Some of the things we examine in our needs assessment are:
- Desired Location
- Commute Time
- Desired Amenities in the Area
- School Requirements
- Budget
We then start showing buyers homes that meet their criteria.
Once the buyers find a home that they would like to purchase, we review their needs assessment to ensure that the home meets their primary requirements. We then prepare a detailed Comparative Market Analysis, or CMA, to establish a price range for the home. We look at the true economic value of the home (rent value) to determine the premium price for the community the home is in.
We then discuss negotiation strategy with the client and begin the process of preparing the offer.
There is no wrong price for the right house and there is no right price for the wrong house. It’s all about finding the right house.
