Alexandria City Best Buy Alert - Clover

If you're looking for a single family home in the city of Alexandria within a short distance to a great school, with a great neighborhood, great yard, and approximately 1 mile to Metro, for less than $650,000, then you really need to check out this home. 

After looking at 25 different homes for sale in the city of Alexandria, it's my opinion that this house is the best overall buy in the city today.  Sure it needs a few updates, but the potential is outstanding and the community can't be beat.
